Human Being
Born with all the human frailties — emotions, fears, desires, guilt and missteps — that all humanity possesses. Yet, diligently attempting to rise above them to a place of calm and peace.
Child of God
- Believing in who God says I am
- Believing in the promises of God
- Knowing that He is faithful to fulfill every need
- Knowing He will keep His word, because once He says it, it’s already completed
I was raised in a Baptist church surrounded by people who looked like me. I went away to school at the age of 14 and was surrounded by people who did not look like me. I came to know two worlds, but now there is only one.
In my soon-to-be-published book, Hand of God, I recall the details of my life from birth to about age 30 and “see” the hand of God moving throughout my life.
“Hand of God” is the revelation to me not only of God’s hand guiding my life, but the way I grew closer to God spiritually despite my flaws as a human being. Available for purchase now on Amazon.
